- Analyze consumer, category, and market data to generate actionable insights and inform business decisions.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with agencies and internal teams.
- Manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Identify innovation opportunities and contribute to the development of new products and line extensions.
- Collaborate with retail and channel teams to create custom marketing programs for key accounts.

- Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of brand management experience, preferably in CPG food or beverage.
- Proficiency in market data analysis using tools such as Circana, IRI, or Nielsen.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
