This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Product Management (SaaS) in United States.

We are seeking a highly skilled and technical Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and execution of multiple SaaS products in a fast-growing digital marketing platform. This hands-on role combines leadership with direct involvement in product design, AI-driven analytics, and engineering collaboration. You will oversee a team of technical product managers, guide product architecture decisions, and drive innovation across AI, SEO, and data-driven solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the roadmap for multiple products, influence business outcomes, and remain deeply engaged in technical problem-solving in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Accountabilities:
  • Define and own end-to-end product strategy, aligning multiple product initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead and develop a team of technical product managers, setting standards for research, specifications, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, growth, and support teams to prioritize dependencies and ensure high-quality releases.
  • Oversee development of AI-powered features, data pipelines, dashboards, and user workflows, ensuring accuracy and usability.
  • Guide technical validation, data analysis, and AI output checks using SQL, Python, and LLM tools.
  • Shape high-fidelity user experiences and enforce product quality standards, including QA, UX, and AI validation.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmaps, and progress to executives and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in technical product management, including at least 2 years leading PM teams.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and AI/LLM tools; ability to prototype and validate AI outputs.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and software development practices.
  • Excellent product writing skills, including PRDs, technical specifications, test plans, and architectural notes.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-expectation environments with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred: SEO, search data, programmatic content, data engineering, UX, QA, or analytics tooling experience.
