Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Strategy, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of digital marketing activities for RUNNER's medical practice clients. They play an integral role in achieving our clients' goals and maintaining strong client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing Execution: Work together with other strategists, media, creatives, and developers to produce top-of-class deliverables and drive results across RUNNER's marketing services. Handle tasks such as social media posting, Google Business Profile optimization, meeting notes, and other client-related tasks as assigned.Â
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with other strategists to build unique digital marketing strategies.
- New Account Setup: Help guide our new clients through the set-up and implementation of RUNNER services.
- Account Service: Support client relationships and communication, including status meetings. Ensure work is completed on-time and within budget.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and analyze monthly reports, support client meetings to review reporting, ongoing initiatives and plan future strategies.
- Hone Your Skills: Keep up with changes in the digital marketing landscape, including tools and practices that will help our clients and agency evolve.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Minimum of 1 year working in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience executing digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, lead nurturing, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, website and landing page creation.
- Creative copywriting skills for both long-form content like website copy, blogs and whitepapers, as well as short-form copy like social posts or ad copy.
- BA/BS
THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS:
- Working knowledge of digital advertising, especially Google and Meta ads. We have another team that manages these ads, but you should know enough to contribute strategically.
- Creation and analysis of marketing campaign reporting, including Google Analytics and lead pipeline reporting.
- Experience working with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel, etc.)
- Experience with WordPress content management and plugins.
- Marketing automation and email marketing software experience.
- Familiarity using a project management platform (such as Wrike, Monday, Asana, etc.)
- Experience in healthcare/medical marketing is a plus.
