Your position:

As a Human Resources Professional Junior, you will report directly to the plant HRBP.

You will provide support in various Human Resources processes, developing skills in a professional environment and collaborating on administrative and operational tasks that contribute to the department's objectives.

With a hands-on mentality, structured approach, and sharp analytical skills, you want to challenge and improve the status quo.

  • Previous professional experience
  • Apply and analyze workplace climate, engagement, and culture diagnostics.
  • Design and implement development, training, and education programs.
  • Update organizational charts, job descriptions, and organizational structures.
  • Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance.
  • Labor/industrial relations.
  • Compensation and benefits.
  • Mobility (strategy and design, relocation services domestic and international and immigration services).
  • HR business partnership (consulting and coaching);
  • Staffing and recruiting.
  • Talent and organization performance.
  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Education and Professional Background:

  • Minimum of 2–8 years of experience,
  • Proven experience with HRIS, people administration, Union negotiation, HR analysis and KPI follow up
  • Solid understanding of STPS, IMSS and Labor Law.

Technical and Core Competencies

  • Strong HR processes knowledge, with the ability to interpret and apply policies, guidelines and standards.
  • Experience in preparation and review of executive reports and management reports
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). PBI (preferred)
  • Comfortable working with multinational environments and cross-functional teams
  • High level of independence, ownership, and ability to manage deadlines
