Job Description


This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in United States.

In this role, you will lead digital growth initiatives by shaping content, campaigns, and messaging across multiple channels. You will be responsible for driving online visibility, optimizing customer engagement, and supporting brand storytelling. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help refine messaging for clinicians, decision-makers, and broader audiences. This position requires strong ownership of digital marketing operations, a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver compelling content that supports product adoption and awareness across global markets.

  • Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visuals, static assets, and short-form motion content.
  • Write, build, and manage email campaigns and automated workflows, including segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Create and update website content, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and marketing resources in coordination with design and development teams.
  • Support SEO efforts through keyword optimization and content enhancement.
  • Produce long-form content such as guides, eBooks, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns using performance data and insights.
  • Support marketing activities for events and conferences before, during, and after the events.
  • Participate in select events to help communicate product messaging effectively.
  • Contribute to video initiatives by drafting scripts, interview questions, and supporting on-site video captures and testimonial production.
  • Requirements
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and editorial skills.
  • Proven experience managing social media and email channels.
  • Experience running and optimizing paid search campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • Preferred: background in healthcare or B2B tech, experience with Figma, familiarity with CMS tools such as WordPress, understanding of SEO or analytics platforms, and video production experience.
