Job Description


Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer

StarPath – AI-Native TMS/WMS Platform


I’m the technical founder and CEO. In the past 9 months I have single-handedly built and shipped a fully working, demo-ready, next-generation supply-chain execution platform.


What is live and running today:

• Real-time 3D digital twins of entire warehouses

• Multi-camera AI vision + safety systems on trucks and forklifts

• Autonomous forklift tele-operation with manual override

• Unified real-time TMS + WMS control tower with predictive analytics



Stage: Post-MVP | Live demos | Strong enterprise interest | Pre-seed

Location: Fully remote (US time zones preferred)


I now need one exceptional commercial co-founder to own 100% of the business side:

• All fundraising (pre-seed → Series A+)

• Enterprise sales, partnerships, pricing, go-to-market

• Building the first revenue team


Equity & Compensation

• 20–25% founder-level equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)

• Modest founder salary starts the moment we close our first external capital or hit agreed revenue milestones

• If you are able to make an immediate six-figure cash investment ($100k–$300k+), we are open to higher equity, faster vesting, or a structured buy-in at today’s valuation


You

• 8–15+ years in logistics, supply-chain software, or freight tech

• Have personally closed multiple 6- and 7-figure ACV deals with 3PLs, shippers, retailers, or manufacturers

• Have led or been part of successful $3M–$50M+ fundraising rounds

• Warm relationships with logistics-focused VCs and enterprise decision-makers

• Prior experience at project44, Flexport, FourKites, Rippling, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Körber, E2open, Transporeon, etc. is a huge advantage


This is a true co-founder role with massive upside in a $30B+ market that is screaming for exactly what we’ve built.
