Role: Fractional Talent Acquisition Lead
At Humiint, we know that rapid and sustained organizational growth depends on one thing: the ability to consistently hire exceptional, business-critical talent. In today's competitive market, companies need a modern, scalable, and high-performing talent acquisition engine that can deliver against aggressive hiring goals. They need strategic leadership to build that engine—but often don't need or can't afford a full-time, in-house executive.
We’re seeking experienced Fractional Talent Acquisition Lead to provide high-impact, strategic recruitment leadership to diverse organizations. This role is ideal for visionary leaders who are passionate about transforming recruitment processes, creating world-class candidate experiences, and building the talent foundation that directly fuels business success.
This opportunity is perfect for seasoned recruitment executives who have a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative, data-driven talent acquisition strategies across various growth stages. Whether you’ve been a Head of Talent Acquisition, VP of Recruiting, or an executive recruiting consultant, this fractional role offers the flexibility to apply your expertise across multiple high-impact companies.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Designing and Executing a Modern Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop a scalable and comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and future skill needs.
- Process Optimization and Scaling: Audit, redesign, and implement best-in-class hiring processes and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
- Building an Unstoppable Employer Brand: Define the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and create a targeted employer branding strategy to attract top-tier passive and active candidates.
- Talent Technology and Analytics: Select, implement, and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tech, advising on talent analytics to measure funnel effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Recruiter Training and Management: Lead and coach in-house or outsourced recruiting teams, establishing performance metrics and ensuring high-quality sourcing and candidate screening practices.
- Executive Search & Critical Hires: Directly lead or advise on the strategy for critical, senior-level, or niche hires, ensuring alignment with C-suite stakeholders.
- DEI Recruitment Strategy: Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the sourcing and hiring process to build a more diverse workforce.
- Executive Thought Partnership: Act as the strategic talent advisor to founders or CEOs on all aspects of hiring, market compensation, and workforce capability.
Key Requirements May Include:
- Proven experience in a senior Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Executive Search leadership role (e.g., Head of TA, VP of Recruiting).
- Exceptional track record of successfully designing, implementing, and scaling recruitment strategies that directly delivered business-critical talent.
- Deep expertise in sourcing methodology, ATS/CRM technologies, talent analytics, and executive recruiting best practices.
- Strong understanding of modern employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical, results-oriented, and candidate-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership abilities, comfortable engaging with the C-suite.
- Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus.
Additional Information:
- Set your own pricing for services rendered.
- 100% Remote (with optional on-site if desired).
- Flexible schedule and client engagements across industries and verticals.
