We’re looking for a strong executor to take full ownership of our remote recruitment process and manage key HR operations — from onboarding and forms to timesheets and payroll coordination.
If you’re organized, fast, and know how to keep things running without drama, this role is for you.
Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening CVs, conducting phone/Zoom interviews.
- Work closely with team leads to understand staffing needs.
- Handle employee administration: contracts, onboarding forms, signatures, updates.
- Track employee working hours and maintain organized records.
- Coordinate with accounting/payroll regarding salaries.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and build a stable recruitment infrastructure for a growing tech company.
- Proven experience in recruitment — mandatory.
- Experience in HR operations / employee administration — strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills; good English required.
- Fully remote availability.
