Job Description

We are seeking a remote Technical Interviewer to join the LATAM-based distributed team of senior engineers to deliver market-leading software solutions.


  • As a Technical Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth interviews with potential candidates for various technical job openings within our organization, including but not limited to Full Stack Development, BackEnd Developer (.Net, Java, Python, PHP), Front-end Developer (Angular, React), Testing: manual y automatizado, Mobile Developer (Android - iOS), UI-UX Designer...



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical interviews for various positions, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and other technical roles.
  • Evaluate candidates' technical abilities through coding tests, problem-solving exercises, and technical questions.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on each candidate to the hiring team.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired technical skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technical interviewing.
  • Develop and refine technical interview questions and assessment methodologies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by being professional, courteous, and respectful.
  • Maintain accurate records of interviews, evaluations, and candidate progress in the recruitment database.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineer, developer) with a strong understanding of coding, algorithms, and software development practices.
  • Previous experience in technical interviewing or recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assess technical abilities and potential effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
