We’re recruiting a freelance Product Owner / Business Analyst to support a global digital platform called Sightline, a tax engagement management solution used by international teams for data collection, workflow tracking, reporting, and analytics.
You’ll work closely with business users, UX designers, and developers to shape requirements and deliver new software capabilities.
📌 Role Details
- Role: Product Owner / Business Analyst
- Contract: 6 months (extension possible)
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Fully remote (Poland)
- Languages: Polish & English
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Prepare user stories and requirements for development teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews)
- Coordinate UAT and analyze user feedback
- Collaborate with UX and development teams
- Prepare release communications and platform updates
- Track adoption metrics and manage RAID items
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software delivery
- Strong Agile knowledge
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Excel (or similar tools)
- Preferred background in tax, legal, or financial technology environments
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently within global virtual teams
