About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with strong Photoshop skills to join our game production team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the design and creation of various game pack assets, including thumbnails, banners, promotional materials, and in-game visual elements. Collaborating closely with senior designers and game artists, you will ensure that all visuals are of high quality, align with our brand identity, and adhere to the specific style of each game. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the visual storytelling of our games, learn industry best practices, and grow your skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory
• Understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and layout
• Ability to follow visual direction and adapt to different game art styles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, especially game-related projects
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create game pack assets using artwork provided by the art team, including thumbnails, banners (static and animated), icons, and basic UI elements
• Prepare and export graphic assets in the required formats and resolutions
• Adapt and optimize assets for various platforms and formats to ensure compatibility and performance
• Follow established branding and art guidelines to maintain consistency across all games and platforms
• Collaborate with game designers and senior artists to iterate on visual concepts and refine assets
• Assist in improving existing graphical assets to enhance visual quality
• Stay updated with industry trends in game art and graphic design to bring fresh ideas to projects
• Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries for easy access and version control
