The HR Generalist, as a member of the HR Team, links employee and company needs, and supports the business through the implementation of the company´s people management strategy.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide HR support to the team, acting as the first point of contact for all HR topics. That includes consultation to managers and employees on HR topics, such as contracts, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and timely responses.
- Support the entire employee life cycle: hiring, onboarding, performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations; prepare and maintain employment documentation as well as supporting the preparation of reports and assisting with internal / external audits.
- Cooperate with local authorities and external service providers (legal, payroll, benefits, training, relocation, etc.).
- Develop the Talent Attraction full cycle (job offers, direct search, conduct interviews…) Contribute to employer branding activities and reinforce local talent market presence.
- Cooperation in the definition and Implementation of the Development & Training Plan, managing budget and analyzing results.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements, developing and implementing policies. That includes diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Implementing strategies that enhance engagement and foster a positive culture.
Your profile:
- Bachelor´s degree in HR, Labour Relations, Psychology or similar, and Master in HR Management.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position (ideally within the renewable energy sector).
- Previous experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus.
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point).
- Creative and resilient.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken & written); German language skills are a plus.
- Interest for the renewable energy transition
