Job Description
Transportvibe, a growing auto-transport review & media platform in the USA, is looking for a full-time
Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and content operations. This is a fully remote position with long-term growth and daily collaboration with our team.
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST
- Occasionally extended until 8:00 PM depending on workload
- Monday to Friday (Saturday only when required)
- Assist with daily digital marketing tasks across all platforms
- Support SEO activities including uploading content, adding meta details, optimizing pages, and internal linking
- Coordinate social media posting, scheduling, and basic content updates
- Manage UTM tracking, GA4 basic tasks, and reporting support
- Upload, organize, and manage creative assets
- Assist in outreach tasks (guest posts, PR submissions, backlinks)
- Communicate closely with the project manager via ClickUp and email
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and according to provided guidelines
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content workflows)
- Good English communication
- Familiarity with WordPress or any CMS is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must be online during working hours and responsive
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
