Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Head of Product Management to join our innovative team at a rapidly growing seed-stage company. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will play a key role in building category-defining products & features. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product delivery process from conception to making the feature successful.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' pain points and challenges
- Identify the best solutions to address these challenges.
- Own the conceptualization and definition of solutions, translating them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and validate PRDs.
- Convert the product objectives for the next 2 quarters into a comprehensive roadmap with an implementation plan ready for execution.
- Own and coordinate the end-to-end feature delivery process.
- Execute the roadmap at the highest velocity and maximize exceptional quality.
- Act as the point of contact for feature delivery questions from internal stakeholders, the customer success team, the customer support team & customers.
- Take responsibility for achieving success metrics for all launched features and product enhancements.
- Implement iterative improvements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Excellent communication in English (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong independent project ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to align stakeholders and convey critical information quickly & effectively.
- Exceptional skills in converting high-level ideas into detailed, implementation-ready specifications.
- Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS Product Management.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive and results-driven working style.
- Demonstrated data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
- Experience leading Product Managers in a Product-based software company
- Experience working in software engineering.
- Experience with B2B pre-sales.
- Experience working with Product Analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker, etc.)
