This is a hands-on delivery role designed for individuals who enjoy translating ideas into actionable work and acting as the bridge between the Founder’s product vision and the development team, making sure strategy is executed effectively in the product.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings ensuring priorities are clear and deliverables are actionable
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to clarify requirements and remove blockers
- Ensure features meet acceptance criteria and deliver value to users
- Track feature delivery, gather feedback, and suggest improvement
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Product Owner, Scrum Master, or hands-on product delivery role
- Experience in a high-paced environment (startup, consulting, or similar)
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented, with ability to make backlog items actionable and clear
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and initiative
