Overview
A growing organization is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to support both internal HR operations and external communication with clients. This role combines HR coordination, relationship-building, client communications, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Duties
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and documentation.
- Support performance reviews, training programs, and professional development initiatives.
- Respond to employee questions, clarify HR policies, and maintain a positive, supportive environment.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, payroll changes, and attendance tracking.
- Assist with policy drafting, compliance documentation, and internal HR communications.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes under senior HR guidance.
Client Outreach & Communication
- Conduct email outreach to clients to introduce services, share updates, and build long-term relationships.
- Follow up with clients regarding onboarding, documentation, and service progress.
- Maintain communication records and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Assist in preparing outreach templates, follow-up scripts, and professional email communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
- Help organize client meetings, consultations, and support sessions as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in professional email outreach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Friendly, approachable, and client-focused demeanor.
- Experience in HR, customer service, or client outreach is an asset (not mandatory).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
