Job Description


GPSC, PTT Group's Power Flagship, has been founded on 10th January 2013 through the amalgamation of PTTUT and IPT to be the power flagship of PTT Group. Its core business is to generate and supply electricity, steam, and processed water to its customers.


Main Purpose:

To lead and support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs across all GPSC subsidiary companies. This role ensures compliance with local labor laws, supports talent mobility, secondment and expatriate management, and promotes a unified employee experience that respects regional differences. Additionally, the role ensures that HR management systems comply with and are aligned to GPSC’s corporate standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle HRBP services including manpower planning, performance development, secondment planning, and employee development in alignment with business needs.
  • Assist HRBP team to act as a strategic partner to subsidiary leadership teams, understanding business objectives and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
  • Manage secondment processes end-to-end, including agreement preparation, onboarding, welfare, and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Support expatriates throughout their assignment lifecycle; from pre to departure briefing, relocation logistics, cultural integration, and local support, through to repatriation.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments on expatriate benefits, housing, tax support, and documentation to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor secondment and expatriate employee performance, engagement, and development, and ensure they are integrated within local team structures and culture.
  • Support HR due diligence and integration efforts related to M&A projects across subsidiaries.
  • Manage and analyze HR data related to secondment and expat management (e.g., headcount reports, assignment tracking, cost analysis).
  • Support various administrative and ad-hoc HR tasks including reporting, documentation, and project coordination.


Requirement

  • Bachelor or Master degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational company or holding structure.
  • Experience in secondment or expatriate management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • High level of responsibility, flexibility, and team orientation.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English (TOEIC score of at least 750 required).
