About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PPC Specialist to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, campaign strategy expertise, and the ability to work closely with the marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Create engaging ad content (copy + creative coordination with design team).
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and make strategic adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend distribution.
  • Set up conversion tracking, events, and pixels via Google Tag Manager.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with onsite marketing, SEO, and design teams to align strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and policies in digital advertising.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24+ years of proven experience in PPC / Paid Media.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager.
  • Solid understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and funnel marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for onsite teamwork.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, or lead-gen industries.
  • Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
