Hi, we’re Search Atlas Group! We’re a rapidly growing SEO software company and full-service digital agency that helps websites improve their Google performance. From Fortune 500 companies to Silicon Valley startups, our clients trust us to drive results.


As we expand our product suite and grow internationally, we’re hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to own our marketing engine end-to-end. This role is for a hands-on, data-driven leader who can build a world-class marketing team, drive measurable growth, and sharpen the brand narrative as we enter our next stage of scale.


Responsibilities

  • Own the global marketing strategy across brand, product marketing, content, and demand generation.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, mentoring, and developing leaders.
  • Drive predictable pipeline growth through SEO, SEM, paid media, email, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and AI-driven capabilities.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align GTM planning, revenue targets, and customer insights.
  • Oversee marketing analytics, forecasting, budgets, attribution, and performance dashboards.
  • Strengthen and evolve the Search Atlas brand narrative across all channels and competitive markets.
  • Use data, experimentation, and market trends to optimize acquisition, retention, and CAC/LTV.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech.
  • Track record of building and scaling successful marketing teams across multiple functions.
  • Proven success driving measurable growth through demand generation and multi-channel acquisition.
  • Strong product marketing skills, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
  • Expertise across SEO, SEM, paid media, and performance marketing.
  • Highly analytical leader with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and attribution.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience operating in fast-moving, founder-led environments with high expectations and rapid execution

Salary & Benefits

  • $14,000-$17,500 USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience + Bonus + Equity
  • 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
