As a strategic partner to the President of Simplicity Homes, you’ll mentor Regional Sales Managers, collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Construction, and shape strategies that drive growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience. 💼 What You’ll Do

As a New Home Senior Sales Director, you'll partner with a top private home builder to lead a high-performing team, drive sales and strategy, and help turn homeownership dreams into reality.

  • Sales Leadership, Execution & Strategy: Lead, coach, and support Regional Sales Managers across Oregon’s East and West regions to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Partner with leadership to develop and execute regional sales strategies, monitor sales metrics, and champion a high-performance culture.
  • Team Development & Sales Enablement: Mentor and develop sales leaders through coaching, performance appraisals, and development plans. Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of New Home Advisors and facilitate sales enablement initiatives.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market conditions, recommend marketing or incentive programs, and lead market analysis. Collaborate with Marketing, Construction, and Operations to align promotions, lead generation, and home delivery. Drive strategic recommendations to optimize divisional performance.
  • Model Home & Community Standards: Ensure divisional execution of community and model home standards.
  • Executive Collaboration: Participate in Manager-level training and engage in executive meetings to shape company-wide initiatives and strategic goals. Partner with the President of Simplicity Homes on strategic initiatives and leadership.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of new home sales or home‑building experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple regions or sales divisions. Build-on-your-lot builder experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, customer engagement, and sales strategy development.
  • Tech Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, including Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Education/License: A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a valid real estate license is required within six months of hire.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Other Requirements: Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current liability insurance are essential. A background check will be conducted.
