Head of Technology and Data - Digital Transformation

An exciting opportunity has come up for a head of technology and data to join an established, yet growing brand.

This role is integral to shaping the technology and data element of the business, by modernising and transforming systems. You will be a strategic partner to the CEO and other senior stakeholders, helping shape the next chapter of growth.

The role:

• Set and oversee the implementation of the retailers strategy for technology, data and digital transformation

• Identify and deliver high-impact transformation and analytics initiatives across operations, retail, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience

• Build the technology and data backbone required to accelerate the Group’s e commerce, omnichannel, and customer intelligence capabilities.

• Ensure seamless integration of data flows and systems across front-end, supply chain, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.

• Lead vendor and platform strategy, negotiations, and performance management across technology and data ecosystems

The candidate:

• At least 15 years in a technical and data leadership role, especially across digital transformation

• Strong knowledge of cyber security and cloud architecture, retail technology and customer experience

• Experience with AI

• Strong leadership and strategy experience
