Job Description
Our client is a top German price-comparison company presented in most of the biggest cities throughout the country. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in building up the new Native App (iOS and Android) team. The department creates innovative AI-based solutions that significantly improve the customer experience through fully digital, secure identification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the app team professionally and disciplinarily.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to the implementation.
- Coach and develop team members technically.
- Collaborate with other teams and senior management to design a top-notch solution for automated identification processes.
Requirements:
- Several years of native app development experience (Android/iOS, Swift, Kotlin).
- Some experience in management roles is ideal.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Bamboo, BitBucket Pipelines).
- Extensive experience in implementing and optimizing SDKs in production (Android aar, iOS Framework).
- Preferred experience in computer vision (OpenCV) and client-side performance optimization.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
