Highticket.io is a consulting company that helps e-commerce businesses scale efficiently through strategy, systems, and personalized coaching. We work with fast-growing online brands, providing the structure and support they need to convert more leads and deliver a premium client experience.

We’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our remote team — someone who thrives on communication, organization, and helping clients succeed. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

As a Success Manager, you’ll:

  • Conduct live onboarding and check-in calls with new clients via Zoom.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and deliver results.
  • Track client progress, identify challenges, and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Manage communication through Slack, email, and CRM tools.
  • Maintain a calm, confident, and positive presence on all calls.

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in client success, onboarding, or account management.
  • Understanding of e-commerce, consulting, or digital business operations.
  • Professional appearance and reliable, high-quality video setup.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Ideally based in the US or Europe (other time zones considered if flexible).

Compensation

$3,500–$4,000 USD/month (depending on experience and performance).

Fully remote position with flexible hours.
