  • Segment users based on behaviour, value, and engagement to tailor messaging and offers.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and deliver co-branded or white-label campaigns with bespoke targeting, creative, and performance goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, reactivation, retention), run A/B tests, iterate quickly, and feed insights into future campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with data / GDPR / regulatory requirements in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience building, planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns across lifecycle segments.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners on joint marketing campaigns.
  • Strong data/analytics skills. Comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and converting them into action.
  • Self-starter mentality: able to lead through ambiguity, drive change, and continually improve systems and processes.
  • Team leadership ability: capable of coaching, guiding, and growing a small team.
  • Creative problem solver: able to find workarounds or clever solutions when faced with constraints.
