Job Description
BettingJobs are working with a very established iGaming affiliate company who operate fully remotely. Launched back in 2015 and are looking to bolster their commercial team with this Customer Retention Marketing Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and lifecycle CRM campaigns across email, push etc.
- Segment users based on behaviour, value, and engagement to tailor messaging and offers.
- Collaborate with partners to design and deliver co-branded or white-label campaigns with bespoke targeting, creative, and performance goals.
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, reactivation, retention), run A/B tests, iterate quickly, and feed insights into future campaigns.
- Work with the BD and commercial teams to package CRM as a monetisable offering (CRM-as-a-Service, retention service) and help pitch it.
- Lead transformation of CRM operations: evaluate and upgrade tools, streamline workflows, enforce best practices, and ensure data hygiene.
- Coach and mentor your team (CRM Exec, Content Exec) on strategy, execution, and growth.
- Ensure compliance with data / GDPR / regulatory requirements in all communications.
Requirements:
- Deep experience in iGaming, with proven CRM / lifecycle / email marketing track
- Experience in CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Brevo, Customer.io)
- Strong commercial sense: able to ideate revenue models, package CRM offerings, and understand business ROI.
- Hands-on experience building, planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns across lifecycle segments.
- Experience collaborating with external partners on joint marketing campaigns.
- Strong data/analytics skills. Comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and converting them into action.
- Self-starter mentality: able to lead through ambiguity, drive change, and continually improve systems and processes.
- Team leadership ability: capable of coaching, guiding, and growing a small team.
- Creative problem solver: able to find workarounds or clever solutions when faced with constraints.
