Job Description


Customer Paradigm is looking for a digital marketing specialist, who can create and optimize organic and paid search marketing campaigns for our clients.


If you are:

  • Google Ads certified
  • Hands-on experience creating PPC campaigns, including keyword research, targeting and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to work on an account, and discuss the changes and opportunities with a client in a way that a non-digital marketer can understand.

This is a full time role. It's 100% remote, but you must (a) be in the United States, (b) be able to work during normal business hours, and (c) have solid experience in the digital marketing field.


If you've never used Google Ads or don't know a title tag from an H1 tag, this position is probably not for you.

For top consideration for this position, please email your resume to hr@customerparadigm.com, and spend 5-10 minutes creating a quick summary (you can write it out, attach a PDF or create a short, 30-second video) on how you would approach a hypothetical customer's ad campaign:


  • How would you use PPC advertising to attract customers to go on a photo safari to Africa?
  • Feel free to make up a sample package with pricing, and come up with a campaign budget, sample ad copy and how you'd target the end customer using demographic / psychographic information.
  • Finally, how would you track success?


(Note: This should take 5-10 minutes, maximum. The goal is not for you to create an actual ad campaign for a non-existing client. Rather, I'm interested in how you would approach the process, your level of comfort with paid search marketing and your knowledge of tracking ROI. I'm also a professional photographer who has been on trips like this to Africa to photograph lions, elephant, zebra and rhino, so I do know the target market.)
