Title: Enterprise IT Director – Healthcare Data (Hybrid, Baltimore MD)
Location: Must be located in DV, VA, MD, PA, or DE or be willing to relocate to one of these locations (relocation assistance offered)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Salary: $198K–$225K
About the Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise IT Director to lead enterprise data modernization efforts for a major healthcare organization in Baltimore. You’ll be responsible for driving the organization’s cloud-first data strategy, leading enterprise analytics architecture, and shaping governance across Epic, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other core systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead modernization of enterprise data platforms and analytics strategy
- Oversee the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and Epic reporting ecosystem
- Define and implement enterprise data governance and architecture standards
- Drive cross-functional alignment across clinical, operational, and research data initiatives
- Partner with security, compliance, and leadership teams to enable safe, scalable data use
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT and healthcare analytics, including 5+ in leadership roles
- Strong experience with Epic Data Suite (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Power BI, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Preferred: PMP, Six Sigma, Databricks
