Job Description
HR Coordinator
- Remote role based in MA โ need to be able to go onsite to Framingham office potentially 1-2x per month (for meetings/events)
- 9-5pm M-F, 36.25 hours per week (may increase to 40 or more as needed)
Pay: $27.10 per hour W2
Duration: 3+ months to start; this role is open to extend / convert perm
- Facilitate weekly U.S. New Hire Orientation for Home Office associates and conduct I-9 verification inspections.
- Coordinate candidate travel logistics, process reimbursements, and initiate relocation benefits as needed.
- Manage candidate communications across email, phone, and text, maintaining timely and professional engagement.
- Initiate and monitor pre-hire background checks, proactively tracking progress and communicating key updates to stakeholders throughout the process.
- Schedule interviewsโonsite, virtual, and phoneโacross global locations including Corporate Offices, Stores, and Distribution Centers.
- Draft and issue offer letters, ensuring accuracy in compensation details and alignment with language standards.
Qualifications:
- Background: 1 year in HR, recruiting support, etc. (will consider recent grads as well)
- Skills: Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Education: high school diploma required; Bachelorโs Degree preferred
