About the role
We are a fast-growing UK/European fintech operating in the payments space. We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Demand Generation) based in India (remote). Fluent English and prior experience marketing to UK/EU/US audiences are mandatory.

Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity to lead the growth and demand-generation function for a high-potential, early-stage startup backed by leading investors. You will own digital acquisition, performance marketing, inbound funnels, and all marketing communications that drive merchant signups.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing professional with 5+ years of startup or high-growth experience. For the right candidate, there is clear progression to Head of Marketing, dependent on meeting and exceeding agreed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Collaboration
- Own and manage all marketing and promotional communications across the business
- Work closely with our SDR team to generate qualified merchant leads for our Account Executive team
- Collaborate with partners to drive referral and co-marketing opportunities
- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies for UK/EU/US markets
- Manage landing pages, CRO optimisation, funnel development, and website updates
Growth Marketing Execution
- Lead SEO strategy and content roadmap (blogs, case studies, newsletters, product content)
- Build automated email journeys, lifecycle flows, and retargeting campaigns
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns
- Support outbound and LinkedIn-driven growth activities
Strategy, Analytics & Budget Ownership
- Own and optimise CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and multi-touch attribution
- Strong ROI discipline and budget control — startup experience essential
- Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all channels
- Provide marketing insights and funnel reporting directly to founders
Requirements
- Fluent English — essential
- 5+ years growth or demand-generation experience, ideally in startups, SaaS, or fintech
- Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing and driving demand in UK/EU/US markets
- Strong capability in SEO, CRO, funnel optimisation, email automation, analytics
- Skilled with:
- Meet Alfred (LinkedIn automation)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Figma (creative assets, landing pages, wireframes)
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, CRM, CMS
- Data-driven, independent, and used to high-velocity environments
- Able to work partly aligned with UK business hours
Package
- Basic salary of $40,000-42,000 per annum
