Why we need you
You have a high degree of business acumen in the world of digital marketing. You’ve been on the buy-side of many campaigns (both successful and unsuccessful) on all of the major ad platforms, and it shows. You’re extremely organized and numbers oriented. The phrase “that sounds like something we need to test” is something you say more often that you’d care to admit. You consider crunching data a fun activity and you get genuinely excited about seeing small tweaks and changes to campaigns begin to pay dividends on conversion rates and lead quality. You understand the importance of a good user experience and are intimately familiar with how various stages of the sales funnel work and how to manipulate them in your favor. Most of all, you’re easy to get along with and at the core of it all, you care about people.

What your day-to-day will look like
- Building, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn
- Serving as the main point of contact for a group of B2B clients
- Develop digital marketing campaigns around client business objectives
- Preparing budget estimations, lead estimations, and insights
- Ensuring messaging, creative, and landing page experiences are cohesive and accurate
- Working closely with our designer to produce creative needed for various campaign objectives
- Generating detailed campaign reports using a variety of tools including Google Data Studio
- Creating conversion objectives and implementing conversion tracking pixels in Google Tag Manager
Must-haves
- Being extremely organized! This is the most important thing of all!
- 3-5 years PPC management experience, preferably in B2B/SaaS
- 3 years experience in Google Ads paid search, display and video
- 2 years experience in LinkedIn ads
- 2 years experience in Meta ads
- 2 years experience in Google Analytics
- 2 years experience in Google Tag Manager
- 2 years experience in Looker Studio
- High degree of proficiency in HubSpot and other CRM platforms
- High degree of proficiency in Wordpress
- High degree of proficiency in various email marketing software (MailChimp, reply.io, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- High degree of proficiency using Zapier
- High degree of proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking and campaign attribution
- Experience working in project management platforms like Trello and Asana
