About the role:
You should have full working knowledge of platforms like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. You understand the difference in the attribution models between Ads and GA (and more). You understand how the data layer functions and the value in accurate tracking. You have the ability to analyze conversion paths and develop a hypothesis to optimize conversion rates.
Most importantly: you have a “what’s next” mindset. You chase thoughts and ideas, you’re passionate about what’s around the upcoming corner and one or two miles ahead.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience in both Lead Generation and eCommerce
- 2-3 years experience in data analytics + tracking architecture
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive analytics frameworks including GA4 configuration, data layer architecture, and cross-platform tracking solutions
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting dashboards in Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and other visualization platforms
- Configure and manage customer data platforms including Segment for unified data collection and routing
- Implement and optimize tracking solutions using tools like Elevar for enhanced eCommerce tracking
- Support and help understand A/B and multivariate testing strategies aimed at improving user engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital experience
- Develop analytics strategies and implementations to serve diverse client portfolios ranging from enterprise organizations with hundreds of pages to smaller businesses with streamlined digital footprints
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all client measurement systems through systematic validation and QA processes
- Analyze multi-channel performance data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with our data director to optimize data collection pipelines and measurement capabilities
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for tracking discrepancies and attribution challenges
- Present complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholder groups with clarity and confidence
