About the Role: The Optimization Driver
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, directly contributing to the online success and ROI of our clients.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Campaign Management: Hands-on management and continuous optimization of Google Ads accounts to maximize performance against client objectives.
- Data Analysis: Deeply analyze campaign data, identify key trends, and translate insights into actionable, data-driven strategies.
- Strategy Implementation: Conduct thorough keyword research, perform ad copy testing, and define audience segmentation strategies.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to understand marketing goals and propose tailored, effective digital solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic insights in both German and English.
- Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads policies, new features, and SEM industry best practices.
- Language Fluency: Fluent/Native German (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
- English Proficiency: Good command of English (B2 or above).
- PPC Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 1 year of hands-on professional experience managing Google Ads campaigns (PPC/SEM).
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Location: Currently based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
