Senior Product Manager - Enterprise User Research Platform

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the vision and strategy for a leading user research platform that enables teams to connect with their users efficiently. You will translate insights from enterprise customers into actionable product priorities, drive data-informed decisions, and partner closely with design and engineering to deliver impactful solutions. This role offers high ownership in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment where you will define product management practices from the ground up. You will influence roadmap planning, lead continuous discovery, and ensure that your team focuses on high-leverage initiatives that scale across the organization. The position is ideal for someone who thrives on clarity, user empathy, and strategic thinking.

Accountabilities

Define and drive the product roadmap and strategy across core CRM and recruitment platforms, as well as new product initiatives.

Conduct continuous discovery: engage with users, synthesize insights, and convert them into actionable priorities.

Collaborate with engineers and designers to define MVPs, manage trade-offs, and unblock progress.

Partner with engineering to instrument analytics, define success metrics, and make data-driven product decisions.

Represent enterprise user needs and translate them into scalable solutions while balancing long-term vision.

Champion product quality by prioritizing high-impact initiatives and thoughtfully saying “no” to less critical requests.

Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to gather market and customer insights.

Contribute to shaping product management culture, processes, and documentation.

Requirements

5–7+ years of experience as a Product Manager shipping B2B SaaS products, including enterprise solutions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong product sense and comfort using design and project tools such as Figma and Linear (or equivalents).

Data fluency and experience driving analytics-informed product decisions.

Alignment with AI-driven product philosophies.

Proven ability to work independently in a small, high-ownership team and deliver strategic outcomes.
