About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Graphic Designer & Creative Strategist who can bridge creative ideation with performance data. You’ll play a key role in conceptualizing ad creatives, writing clear and actionable briefs for the creative team, and ensuring that every asset aligns with our performance objectives. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to ensure creative excellence and strategic alignment across all campaigns.


This is a full-time remote role with strong growth potential into a Creative Director position within a larger e-commerce holding company.


We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Creative Strategist specifically with these requirements:

  • Proven experience creating and ideating ad concepts for direct response marketing campaigns (ads designed to drive sales or leads).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze creative performance and explain why certain ads worked or didn’t.
  • Previous experience collaborating with creative teams — designers, copywriters, and media buyers.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their use in the creative process.
  • Deep understanding of the 5 stages of market awareness and how they shape messaging and campaign structure.
  • Strong strategic thinking — able to connect creative ideas with performance goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when preparing clear and actionable creative briefs.
  • You are growth-driven and motivated by measurable improvement and learning.
  • You keep ideas simple and effective, avoiding unnecessary complexity.


Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Ideate and map out sales funnels (ads, pre-landers, sales pages).
  • Prepare and communicate structured creative briefs to guide the design and copy teams.
  • Oversee creative quality control to ensure consistency and performance alignment.
  • Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to fuel creative strategies.
  • Analyze creative results and extract insights to guide future iterations.
  • Experiment with AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency in the workflow.
