Product Designer (UX/UI) - AI-Powered Consumer Insights Platform

We're now building something new: an AI-powered platform that transforms how teams interact with rich consumer data through natural language. Think ChatGPT meets market research — and we need a talented designer to shape the experience from day one.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the design vision for our new web application. This is a greenfield project — no legacy constraints, no inherited design debt. Just a blank canvas and an exciting problem to solve.

You'll work directly with our product and engineering teams to create an intuitive, feature-rich experience centred around an AI chat interface, with extensive supporting workflows for exploring consumer insights.

What You'll Do

• Translate requirements and user needs into comprehensive UX/UI designs in Figma
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for the full application
• Create and maintain a cohesive design system and component library
• Design a sophisticated AI chat interface that handles complex data queries elegantly
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design quality through to implementation
• Iterate based on user feedback and testing

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years designing web applications professionally, with strong Figma skills
• A portfolio that demonstrates user-centred design thinking and complex interface work
• Experience designing conversational UI or AI-powered products (a plus, not essential)
• Understanding of modern web patterns and responsive design
• Ability to work independently and own design decisions with confidence
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Based within 2 hours of UK time (GMT/BST)
