We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for life sciences roles, supporting a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top-tier candidates to onboarding, while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and candidates alike. You will play a critical role in shaping recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless and professional hiring experience. - Accountabilities:
- Strategically source and identify top talent across life sciences, medical device, and healthcare industries through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and other channels.
- Craft compelling job advertisements and manage applications to ensure high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, collaborating with internal teams to evaluate candidate fit and suitability.
- Manage offer negotiations, employment contracts, and seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and other tracking systems, ensuring compliance and reporting integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, client delivery, and partnerships teams to align recruitment processes and talent strategy.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external consultants to support hiring needs.
- Monitor KPIs and recruitment targets, continuously improving sourcing, selection, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences background is advantageous.
- Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in life sciences or related sectors.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders and guide candidates effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing hiring priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and resilience to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience managing contractor and consultant hiring is a plus.
