This high-impact, cross-functional role is ideal for a marketer who excels in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The primary focus of this position is to optimize sales funnels, drive conversions, and advance key marketing initiatives with minimal oversight. The successful candidate will be the go-to person for all funnel-related activities, ensuring the seamless execution of direct response info product campaigns, including VSLs (Video Sales Letters) and conversion points. Working closely with the CMO, creative teams, developers, and paid media specialists, the Marketing Manager will take ownership of the marketing process from ideation through launch, ensuring high standards and timely delivery. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex projects, interpret data for continuous improvement, and contribute to the company's growth trajectory.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, specifically with info products and direct response campaigns.
- Proven success in managing and optimizing sales funnels, VSLs, and direct response marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multi-step marketing processes independently.
- Experience collaborating with creative, development, and paid media teams to produce high-quality assets.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable improvements; CRO experience is a plus.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, capable of owning projects end-to-end.
- Creative, resourceful, and adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly between priorities.
- Experience with VSL production and funnel implementation.
- Familiarity with direct response marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and landing page builders.
- Understanding of A/B testing and user experience (UX) optimization principles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Take full ownership of the sales funnel process, from VSL creation to launch, ensuring all elements (copy, design, video, implementation) meet high standards.
- Oversee the handoff and quality control between copywriters, designers, video editors, and developers to preserve marketing intent.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive measurable growth and conversions.
- Identify and prioritize bottlenecks in sales funnels, collaborating with data analysts to interpret performance data.
- Design and implement A/B tests and funnel optimizations based on data insights to improve conversion rates.
- Manage the end-to-end VSL production process, providing feedback and ensuring timely, high-quality launches aligned with marketing goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams—CMO, creative, dev, and paid media—to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain organized project workflows, keep initiatives on schedule, and ensure no detail is overlooked.
- Review marketing performance data with data analysts to derive insights and recommend actionable next steps for continuous improvement.
- Competitive salary package.
- Comprehensive health benefits.
- PTO and paid holidays.
- Matching 401K plan to support your financial future.
- Fully remote work environment promoting flexibility and autonomy.
- Creative and innovative company culture that encourages authenticity and individuality.
