Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own and scale lead generation. The focus is on running fast, data-driven marketing experiments to attract and convert qualified leads, optimizing campaigns based on measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email)
- Run short-cycle marketing experiments and A/B tests
- Monitor and analyze performance (GA4, GTM, dashboards)
- Manage marketing budgets
- Oversee content creation (videos, newsletters, customer stories)
- Organize 1–2 global events per year
- Launch automated outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B demand generation (SaaS/software preferred)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent English communication (C1)
- Independent, proactive, comfortable with fully remote work
