About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to guide the design of Version 2 of our platform.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to build a real product, influence design decisions, and create clarity in a fast-moving environment.
This role is ideal for:

You will work closely with the CEO and Head of Product.
You will shape design strategy, coordinate a small team, and introduce practices that improve usability, consistency, and visual quality across the platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role with space to design, build, guide, and grow.

- 3 months
- Minimum 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday
- Part-time
- Fully remote
Requirements
Required:
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with Design Systems
- UX experience: user research, user flows, testing, and problem-solving (not only UI)
- Ability to plan work and lead a small remote team
- Clear and simple communication
- Consistent availability for 3 hours a day over 3 months
Preferred:
- Experience working with developers or in Agile environments
- Experience coordinating design work across multiple functions
- Experience mentoring designers
Activities
- Lead the full product design cycle, from research to delivery
- Conduct user research and identify gaps in the current UX
- Create clean, intuitive design solutions and maintain the design system
- Guide, mentor, and coordinate a small team of volunteer designers
- Run design reviews, delegate tasks, and track progress
- Audit the current platform and redesign key user journeys
- Improve navigation, accessibility, usability, and visual hierarchy
- Test and validate designs using user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, and Leadership
- Prepare clear handovers for developers
- Document your process and share weekly progress updates
- Deliver a final report summarising design improvements and recommendations
