- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and ensure clear priorities and understanding before sprint planning
- Monitor and communicate project health, manage interdependencies, and define critical milestones
- Minimum 8 years of Agile, Scrum, project management, or related experience with a software development team
- Proven track record of leading agile transformations and coaching teams at all organizational levels
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively with various organizational levels
- High level of interpersonal skills used to build relationships and manage conflict within the team
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications
- 10+ years of experience working in the insurance industry managing Property/Casualty IT projects
- Experience with Policy and Claims management platforms, especially Guidewire
- Willingness to travel to the employer's office in Brea, California
