Job Title: Client Success Coordinator/ Junior & Recent Graduates of Marketing (Influencer and Social Media)
Location: Remote (Colombia)
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM COL / 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM ET
Compensation: COP 1,800,000–3,000,000/month (based on experience)
Contract Type: Indefinite term

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Client Success Coordinator, you will support the Senior Operations Manager and the client success team in launching and managing influencer marketing campaigns. Your role is essential to ensuring campaign excellence and strong communication with creators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful influencer campaign execution and communication.
- Vet influencers for brand safety, audience fit, and compliance.
- Manage timely influencer communication during vetting and content reviews.
- Review and approve influencer content, ensuring it meets brand guidelines.
- Track campaign timelines and maintain updates for internal teams.
- Organize campaign content and provide general administrative support.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) – essential for communication.
- Familiarity or experience in marketing, especially influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of U.S. social media trends and platforms.
- Strong written communication skills, especially via email.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in influencer/creator operations or related marketing roles.
- Prior use of project management tools like Monday.com.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
Working Conditions
- Remote Work: Must have a secure, quiet workspace with internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps.
- Initial Equipment: You’ll need to use your own computer during the onboarding period.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Must adapt to U.S. Eastern Time during Daylight Savings.
