💼 We’re hiring: Account Manager (Swedish Market) — Based in Estonia
Fractory is changing the way manufacturing works — and we need sharp, driven Account Managers to grow with us.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, builds strong customer relationships, and knows how to spot opportunities others miss. You’ll manage and grow an account base of engineering clients, working closely with our technical and commercial teams to keep deals moving and value high.

- Are a Swedish speaker based in Estonia (or planning to relocate) — fluent Swedish is a must. (We’re happy to support and guide your relocation if needed!)
- Have experience in outbound sales and growing revenue (not just maintaining it)
- Bring basic engineering or manufacturing understanding — or are eager to learn fast
- Like structure but move fast, think practically, and don’t overanalyze
- Are excited about building something new in an innovative, growing company
- Can work from our Tallinn or Tartu office at least part of the week
✨ Have worked in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or 3D tech
✨ Have experience at a startup or industrial sales platform
✨ Speak Estonian or have basic knowledge
🛠 What you’ll do:
You’ll be the go-to contact for your Swedish accounts — from finding new business to supporting existing customers and making sure their orders are delivered successfully. You’ll work closely with our Project Engineers and operations team to make it all happen.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Prospecting outbound via calls, emails, and social selling
- Building strong, long-term client relationships — including site visits when needed
- Managing the full account lifecycle: onboarding, upselling, issue resolution
- Collaborating closely with Project Engineers and Estimators
- Acting fast and practically to keep deals moving
- Handling payment terms, disputes, and flexible payment plans
- Keeping CRM (Salesforce) and Fractory platform clean and up to date
- Understanding customer buying patterns and finding new ways to grow value
