We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of a Conversational Toolkit Video platform within a fast-growing healthcare environment. Accountabilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Conversational Toolkit Video platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless development and delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and act on customer insights to enhance the user experience.
- Leverage contact center expertise to address operational challenges and optimize workflows.
- Integrate and optimize Twilio-powered video communication features.
- Apply knowledge of the healthcare and insurance sectors to ensure regulatory compliance and industry relevance.
- Lead Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the product.

- Minimum 6 years of product management experience, ideally with a background in contact center operations.
- Technical proficiency with Twilio and other communication platforms.
