Project Engineer / Senior Designer – Land Development
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000

What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical design and engineering of site development projects from concept through construction.
- Prepare grading plans, utility layouts, stormwater management systems, and design reports for a variety of commercial, institutional, and residential projects.
- Manage permitting and regulatory approvals, coordinating with municipal and state agencies.
- Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, contractors, and multi-disciplinary internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers, providing technical direction and quality oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 3 years in land development design.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and related design software.
- Experience with grading, drainage, and utility design; familiarity with zoning and permitting processes.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
