About the Organization:
This opportunity is with a leading global cybersecurity organization focused on stopping breaches and redefining security using advanced AI-native platforms. The team develops large-scale distributed systems, processing trillions of events daily, and provides security solutions for clients across various industries through both endpoint sensors and cloud analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Support and improve existing tools for build, release, and engineering teams.
• Define, build, and maintain tools to enhance scale and efficiency in product and release processes.
• Drive and own improvements in product development pipelines and tooling.
Requirements:
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Python and C/C++ software development.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms.
• Background in Endpoint, SDET, and/or DevOps.
• Proficiencies with CMake, Bazel, Ninja, Docker, C/C++ Compiler Internals (MSVC, GCC, CLANG), code coverage tools (codecov, lcov, gcov, coveralls), and CI tools (Jenkins, GitHub workflows).
• Demonstrated leadership and independent research and development experience.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within globally distributed teams.
• Bonus: Open-source project ownership/maintenance, experience automating release/build processes, professional tools development, logging platform experience (LogScale, Splunk), and SDK/framework development.

Compensation:
• The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $120,000 to $180,000 per year, with eligibility for additional compensation based on experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
