Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the strategic direction of InnerCamp’s social media presence and elevate our digital voice to the next level.Â
This is a senior, strategy-focused role. You will be the mind behind our social media ecosystem – defining what we communicate, how we communicate it, and why. You will work closely with our creative team, guiding execution and setting a clear vision, while ensuring our content reflects the depth, professionalism, and transformational impact of InnerCamp.
We’re looking for someone who raises the bar, brings proven expertise, and helps us think bigger, sharper, and more strategically. Ideally, you’ve worked with large brands or global accounts, and experience in the personal growth / wellness / transformational space is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the overall social media strategy aligned with brand goals and company vision
- Develop content pillars, campaigns and growth strategies across platforms
- Lead the social media calendar and provide clear direction for execution
- Translate brand identity into strong, consistent digital storytelling
- Analyse performance and optimise strategy based on data and insights
- Stay ahead of trends and continuously evolve our approach
Team & Execution Oversight
- Guide and direct the Social Media Executives and creative collaborators
- Provide clear briefs, feedback and strategic guidance for content creation
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals and messaging across all platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, design and leadership teams on campaigns and launches
Brand Positioning & Growth
- Strengthen InnerCamp’s positioning as a premium leader in holistic education
- Drive community growth, engagement and brand loyalty
- Identify opportunities for innovative content formats and collaborations
- Support visibility and awareness of programs, events and trainings
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager for established or high-profile brands
- Strong strategic mindset with a track record of growing and elevating accounts
- Experience in wellness, self-development, spirituality or transformational education (preferred)
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically
- Excellent understanding of content strategy, storytelling and audience psychology
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Fluent English (written & spoken, C1+ level)
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
