About the Role and the Tea

mWe’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our strategic customer enablement. You’ll be the bridge between our product and our most important, complex customers—using your understanding of B2B marketing, sales, revenue intelligence, and GTM stacks to turn their needs into scalable product capabilities

.This is a customer-facing role: you’ll work closely with strategic customers, understand their CRMs, MAS, BI tools and broader stack, and design solutions using our product foundation. Over time, your job is to convert one-off solutions and integrations into general-purpose, flexible, and scalable product integrations and setup options

.You’ll also step into high-value deals that require product changes or custom setups: work with Sales and Solutions to shape the solution using our product foundation and integrations, and commit to a realistic roadmap that helps convert these opportunities while staying aligned with our long-term product direction
