About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and technically strong Technical Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. You will work closely with engineering, product, and client stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while aligning technical execution with business goals. This role requires excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle: planning, sequencing, execution, quality, and release
- Coordinate across multiple teams (Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Design) to ensure smooth delivery
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
- Create and maintain project schedules, delivery roadmaps, and sprint plans
- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure delivery meets performance, security, and quality standards
- Act as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and clients/stakeholders
- Manage client expectations, requirements, and delivery commitments
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, documentation, and communication
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies (standups, retros, sprint planning)
- Track engineering workload, capacity, and resource allocation
- Help escalate and remove roadblocks for development teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of total experience, with 2+ years in a technical delivery, project management, or engineering lead role
- Should have been a software developer.
- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of modern technical stacks (APIs, cloud, microservices, CI/CD)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
- Comfort working directly with clients or external partners
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise applications
- Technical background (Engineering/Computer Science)
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, Agile Coach, or equivalent
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, etc.
