We are looking for a proactive Product Owner to define product vision, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in driving product strategy, managing backlogs, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy product strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and translating business needs into actionable product plans.

• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to deliver features on time
• Prioritize features and tasks based on value, effort, and impact
• Collect and analyze user feedback, market trends, and KPIs to inform product decisions
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
• Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities for product improvement
• Support management in product planning and strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Eligible to work in Germany
