Job Description


We’re an e-commerce recruiting agency specializing in DTC and CPG brands—and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful Recruiter who can help us source, vet, and manage top-tier talent for 7–9 figure companies in the DTC space.


This is a fully remote role with a culture built on flexibility, autonomy, and hustle.


You’ll own sourcing across Creative, Operations, Supply Chain, Performance, and other E-commerce roles, engage candidates, run screens, support interview processes, and occasionally communicate with both clients and candidates to keep searches moving.


What You’ll Do

  • Source and engage high-quality candidates for Creative, Operations, Supply Chain, Performance, and E-commerce roles.
  • Manage a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future DTC/CPG openings.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and modern sourcing platforms to find and attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial screens, evaluate candidates, and present strong fits to the team.
  • Support interview coordination and keep clients updated on search progress when needed.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates through email and personalized outreach.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of pipelines, conversations, and candidate progress.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of recruiting or headhunting experience (remote/international experience is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, AI tools, and other modern platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches at once.
  • Self-motivated with a bias toward action, problem-solving, and speed.
