The Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at RealEstateContent.ai, you’ll lead the charge in developing new features and scaling the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven platform.
You’ll work closely with founders and Lead Engineer to architect, build, and optimize products used daily by real estate professionals across North America.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
🔸 Lead Feature Development
- Architect, build, and deploy scalable features across frontend (Vue3) and backend (Python/Flask).
- Translate product goals into technical roadmaps and guide implementation from concept to deployment.
- Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and system design documentation.
🔸 Improve Platform Reliability & Scalability
- Diagnose and optimize performance bottlenecks across the stack.
- Drive improvements in infrastructure reliability, database performance, and deployment processes.
- Ensure the platform can scale efficiently as user volume grows month-over-month.
🔸 AI Integration
- Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Replit to accelerate development and experiment with new capabilities.
- Explore ways to embed emerging AI technologies into our stack to drive performance and innovation.
Technical Requirements
✅ Frontend: Advanced proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and Vue3.
✅ Backend: Deep experience with Python (Flask) or similar frameworks.
✅ Infrastructure: Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, and database optimization.
✅ Bonus: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) and modern ML integrations.
